“I had a reservation for 4 nights, also received a confermation and itinerary number from hotes.com, but upon arrival I found that hotels.cim never made the reservation with the place I was staying. “When we arrived the room was 90+degrees and took 4 hours to cool off. Also unfortunately the room seemed to have a leak in the ceiling near the window so the ceiling was moldy and even the picture on the wall under it was moldy.
