“We were in town for a family celebration. We know Duluth well as we once e lived here. This location is prime for great food options, safe evening hanging out in the neighborhood, and ease to interstate for other areas of Duluth and surrounding area. We brought a dog and it was easy to maneuver for outdoor needed. Cute local shops close by which we visited. The host saw us bring in our e bikes and offered us storage in the downstairs bike closet. Really appreciated that. Well stocked kitchen....

The pricing was even better and comparable to or better than any Local hotel. It was close to some unique shops, restaurants, and breweries.
