There is access from Property to the River and access to nearby attractions, Rainbow Springs State Park, /K-P Hole with day Trips Kayaking and Tubing down the Rainbow River. There is Boating and Fishing on the Withlacoochee and is the perfect spot for your next Sunshine State getaway. several Restaurants on the River where you can drive up your Boat to have a meal & possible Entertainment. There is a Dock on property.
