“We cannot fault it! It felt like home away from home. Great communication, the kitchen has everything you need to cook any meal. The beds are comfortable and the heating system was great making our sleep great even though we had -1 degree at outside overnight. The cottage is a 3 minutes stroll from Melrose Square where you’ll find cafes, restaurants and shops and about 10 from Melrose Abbey. We’d definitely stay again and recommend to anyone staying in Melrose ”

“We stayed for 2 nights. 3 adults and 2 children. The Coach House was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. There was a lot to do in the area and some lovely walks. ”

“We were in town for the Race Across Scotland - crew stayed here throughout the week, and two of us who ran it were here after we finished. Was a close drive to Cocksburnpath, and to other surrounding areas. Great spot for 4 folks, and having laundry was a huge bonus. Lovely property.”

“Perfect house, very quiet and clean. Owner was very nice and helpful, less than 10 min drive to shopping and attractions. Castle is big tourist area, less than 10 min away. Def would stay here again if back in Scotland ”
