Enjoy your stay in this beautifully-designed new build in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes north of downtown Durham with many unique restaurants and bars. Short drive to UNC and Duke Universities, nearby hospitals, RTP and Raleigh-Durham airport. Brand new luxury memory foam mattresses, fully-stocked kitchen, high-speed internet, full-size washer/dryer, screened in back-porch with hammock and wooded backyard with privacy. Neighborhood is very quiet and house is child-friendly with toys/books and games available (high chair, pack & play available for small additional rental fee on site). Local coffee can be requested in advance of arrival.

Well done in Durham
We really enjoyed our stay at this new home. Very thoughtfully appointed, comfortable and quiet in a transitional neighborhood close to downtown Durham. Host is very responsive and great to work with. Thanks for a great stay!
