“If all you are looking for is a place to get your head down prior to getting the Ferry then it’s first class comfort very close to the ferry terminal”

“Two adults stayed. Used both bedrooms. Very hot but able to open windows. Enjoyed the upstairs outside deck when we were there. Useful having washing machine. Plenty of street parking, but tight spaces & don’t rely on parking directly outside. Bathroom tiny but fit for purpose. Easy walk to beach front. Thank you ”

“Looks exactly like the pictures. We booked one of the suites which was beautiful however the bed was quite hard. When our room was cleaned, it wasn’t hoovered and toiletries weren’t refilled, which I would expect from a place like this. But overall, it was a beautiful stay, the spa was nice ”

“Great friendly staff, nice touch for the kids... they were given a voucher ea to to choose beteen, a cold drink, a hot choc with marshmallowsor an ice-cream from the bar. Slso free fizzy drinks, crisps and kitkats in the mini-fridge in tge room were nice touches. The only downer for the hotel as a whole was that there was no air-conditioning in the bedroom or the bar area and so the environment was fairly hot and stuffy.”

“I think a lot of people has reviewed on this. But I can only said air conditioning system issue need to be fix. Otherwise it is hard for other customer wants to stay. It is summer time and the air conditioning system not work. All you got is a fan will only have little help. Can you imagine stay in the room with 27C? And there is not compensation. Charging almost 100 pound per night, and it is the sleep environment we got.”
