Great place to stay clean and close to the attractions

Not the best experience we've had. We originally had a 2 night stay and due to flight changes, needed to add a 3rd night. During check-in, the lady informed us that we couldn't add a night, as the hotel was booked solid. We finished up with her, got our room cards, and literally moved 10 feet to the left and talked to another agent, who added the 3rd night to our stay, in the same room we were already in. We had multiple issues with the room. The power to one side of the bed was non functional (couldn't plug in or charge anything, lamp didn't work). The bed was ultra firm and not even remotely comfortable. The shower head was broken and stuck in a position that wasn't what we needed. None of this was resolved during our stay. In fact, the room was never serviced while we were there. They will call your room multiple times a day to "sell" you stuff. Incredibly irritating.
