"The Bellagio Hotel exceeded my expectations. The hotel was aesthetically pleasing, the rooms were immaculately clean, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The staff was exceptionally courteous and pleasant. The hotel’s location in the heart of Venice was a notable advantage. The Snack Shop offered an excellent breakfast, while the Prime Steakhouse provided exceptional dining experiences. We also attended a Cirque du Soleil performance, which was highly entertaining. My wife and I plan to return to Las Vegas and stay at the Bellagio Hotel on our next trip."

"This hotel was great with one exception - the wifi. The room was good, the location was great, the value was great. (I think the resort fee was $50/night, but the "base" price was super low). They locked up $400 on my credit card for 4 nights, but they gave me back $200 after I had checked out. A lot of things are automated, but it worked smoothly and there was staff there in case things didn't work immediately. Smoking is allowed in the Casino, which shocked me after being away from it for so long, but this is more common than not in Vegas. I'll choose this hotel again in the future."

I’ll try another hotel when visiting Vegas since your staff is borderline rude!"
