The location was ideal for exploring town, restaurants, shopping, and then returning to relax in peace. Loved the harbor/ beach view! Parking spot was a huge bonus as well!! “We have visited Nantucket annually for years and this is a wonderful property. It is easily walkable to town but also has convenient parking if you bring a car. The owner/property manager is responsive and helpful.”

“We felt like we were far away from everything but in 5 minutes by car we were at a shopping center and great restaurants. The boathouse loft was well appointed with everything we needed. The owner was welcoming to us and our dog. Amazing view of Swan Pond, a beautiful little salt water estuary we kayaked & paddle-boarded on. Easy access to multiple town beaches & the national seashore beaches! Loved our week-long stay & will be back. ”

“Cottage was clean and well-equipped, bikes were in good working order, location was great- close to bike path, ponds for swimming, and not far from downtown. Only disappointment was the beaches were absolutely covered in seaweed, but Jill was quick to send pond recommendations for better swimming. ”

“This little cottage was a terrific place to stay. Check in and checkout was simple. It was nice to have a kitchen and grill available. David was a terrific host. Very responsive and helpful. The cottage is in a great location. You can walk to almost anywhere you want to go. The beaches are a bit far to walk to, but the PTown shuttle is free, dog friendly and convenient. We took it to the beach several times. We had a great stay.”
