I like the bedroom the staff is good all people friendly .

Expedia overcharged me and will not respond to me.

Restaurant was pretty horrible. Got served water out of filthy pitcher that looked like it had had flowers in it. Sliders served only patty and pickle on a huge round plate, safe to say it looked barren (tasted ok). On e of the wings were cold and dry, the ones underneath it fresh and moist. Where the hell had that first one been before it ended up on my plate and for how long?! Due to the lack of eateries at walking distance we decided to give breakfast a try. Lots of sugary items, waffles, cookies, muffins and serial, berry buffet looked nice but blackberries tasted like soil. The oats was under two inches of water so didn’t try it out. No fresh bread only store bought like the waffles (at least less sugary). The bacon seemed promising but had a stale, dish rag aftertaste so that was abandoned quickly. Such a shame considering how pretty the patio view is. To see the dolphins playing in bay made the stay worthwhile as there’s plenty of decent eateries a short drive away.

Pros: ~Room was clean & bed was comfortable ~Front desk staff was nice ~They have a small restaurant inside the Hotel ~They have a small Theatre inside the Hotel ~Received a text asking how my stay was. I replied back that I was cold & asked for a blanket. They sent a blanket to my room. I also stated my pillow was flat & I received a pillow at my door. Cons: Some of the pillows were flat & you have to pay $10 per night to park in a parking garage across the street. If garage is full there is overflow parking the next street over. When we stayed there was one night the parking garage was full. But it was too dark & rainy & it was unfamiliar to park in the overflow (the next street over). So, I told them that we were parking in the handicap parking for that night.

Beach view was great. Been staying there since 2019, except for 2020. Was going down last year but even m ore this year. Tile floors were chipped or cracked, had to run hot water 30-45 sec for it to get warm in all faucets and shower, shower water fluctuated during the shower from comfortable to cold to hot. Veneer on dining room chairs war peeling It really need updating. I will be finding a new place next year. It's a shame because it's at a great location on the oceanfront.
