"Greeting was mediocre. Room was average but located the farthest from amenities. And it was right on the interstate or the Toll Road. Busy all night listening to the traffic with Trucks, Emergency Vehicles, speeding cars and loud motorcycles . Up most of the night. Coffee was awful and the creamer was just powder. I would not stay there again unless it was my last choice. "

"Hotel was perfectly adequate. Room clean, beds comfy, love the option of the bunk bed + queen, and location was close to the Disney Parks without traffic being bad. Only complaint and it is a big one, is the “free Disney shuttle”. That was the main reason we booked this hotel, but the shuttle was sold out and did not run at the time the park opened. We ended up having to pay for Ubers when we did not budget for that. Rest of the hotel was great but need a better shuttle service or more transparency. "
