“Loved everything about our stay. Complementary breakfast was great. Pool and slide were great. Children had a really fun time. Towels for the pool area should have been checked, ran out a few times, and had to go out and request more towels at the front desk. But besides that, everything else was amazing. Our room was clean. I fully suggest this hotel to anyone. I will definitely be returning with my family.”

“Overall everything was great”

“Dingy needs updated bed was comphy”

“Very clean breakfast area”

“Beautiful old home a stone’s throw from downtown Guelph. Amazing breakfast.”

“This place was very worn down and had damage. There was only a half roll of toilet paper and no extra. The soap was like a little piece of cardboard. The shower curtain was filthy with evidence of something all over it on the inside, yuck. The door lock was like a bathroom door lock on the inside so I pushed heavy furniture against the door for the night. Outside the door was the small parking lot that had dumpsters and junk around. This all being said, the woman who checked me in was so lovely……

“The rooms need an update, new mattresses need to be purchased. Felt like I was sleeping in a hole. Bananas or coffee or muffins would have been nice.”

“Satisfy.”

“Included a delicious breakfast - eggs Benedict, Greek yoghurt with homemade fruit topping/homemade whipped cream, pressed coffee, herbal tea, orange juice. Beautiful room with lovely sitting area with an electric fireplace and large TV screen. Gorgeous, comfortable queen bed with a standing tub in the room - good water pressure and lots of hot water. Bubble bath included along with robes. A very warm and welcoming reception from the hosts, both when we arrived and during breakfast. Would……

“Unfortunately, one of our rooms had a noticeable odour and exceptionally high humidity. The towels felt only half-dried, and the room was stuffy and filled with damp, humid air, making it quite uncomfortable. It was disappointing, as this affected what was otherwise our first trip to Elora. We hope the issue can be addressed for future guests.”

“The property overall was clean, & the staff very polite & helpful however.. this is one of the worst Best Western Plus I have ever stayed in, which is saying alot. We have stayed in Best Westerns all across Canada & Northern United States; Ontario to the Coast of Main then up to Nova Scotia. The tile around the tub had blacken mould along the grout lines & the rim of the tub against the tile. There were bugs & silver fish around the base of the toilet, where the baseboards were loosen & with……
