Private room has 1 Queen Bed.
Kitchenette offers Mini Fridge, Toaster and Microwave. Mini Fridge is stocked with Milk & Creamer(s) for Coffee.
Complimentary Coffee, Cocoa & Tea Bar includes Toppings & Syrups along with Cookies & Chocolates.
2 separate outdoor seating areas; Bistro Table flanking the French Doors. Area on Back Patio around the Chimenea.

Parking for Guests is in front of the garage door on the south side of the house. Trailer and Boat parking is clearly marked. There is plenty of night lighting for night time arrivals. Text or call owner an hour prior to arrival and owner will give instructions and or meet guests upon arrival. Guests who under report the number of guests will be charged for those guests for duration of stay.

We will always be available through text or phone call, we live on the property.
Dirty Towels & Dishes will be collected, laundered/cleaned & returned to the room daily.
If guests would like to enjoy a fire in the Chimenea please let us know and we will be more than happy to accommodate. Due to safety reasons guests are NOT to light a fire in the Chimenea themselves.

Owner asks guests to be considerate since this is their personal home and property.

TRAILER, BOAT & MOTORCYCLE PARKING:
Trailer and/or Boat Parking is an additional $20 per night, motorcycle parking inside one of the garages is an additional $25 per night.

Text owner upon departure. Guests under the age of 25 years old MUST be pre approved by owner before booking. NO smoking in room.

Beautiful Little Spot
Our stay was short, but sweet. The rental was clean, well kept, and organized. The owners provided several complimentary items and were very responsive to questions. They were kind enough to let us stay for a late checkout as leaving a little later greatly improved our trip.

We loved the cozy room with all the amenities! Best ever!! The view from the room was tranquil and lush. Chantelle was a terrific hostess-friendly, helpful, & accommodating. Couldn’t ask for a better hostess & the homemade jam was terrific too!! Would definitely return!

Southern Charm at its finest!
James and Chantelle have made their retreat a little slice of heaven. Everything was beautiful and they were excellent hosts! Take the time to visit them and enjoy all of the surprises in store.
