“Price quoted was not the price owner tried to charged. Coffeemaker provided with no coffee or filters, no cups. Towels were forgotten to be put in room. Heat, clock, and fridge were unplugged. Was questioned as to why I turned the heat on in the room. Advertises breakfast/ snack Cafe on premises not operational. No restaurants or stores nearby. Room was clean and spacious and quiet. Bed was comfortable and clean.”

“We enjoyed our stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and orderly all the appliances like the coffee pot and toaster, microwave, and refrigerator were spotless. The cleaning crew obviously puts pride into their job. The lake is gorgeous and just a short walk from our room.”

The attendant said it shouldn't smell like that, no one was in it. So we were stuck staying in a room because it was to late to find another hotel at that time, and that smelled and the toilet was so tiny only a small toddler could wiggle into it. Would've asked for a refund or even a partial but didn't know if I would've been told……
