“Great downtown location Hope to be back again in late summer.”

“The location and garage parking are this property's best features. Several maintenance items need to be addressed. The courtyard is unusable. The door from the courtyard to your apartment is filthy, and the pavers are dangerously uneven. A screwdriver was left in the shower to turn on the faucet, which is broken. You have to tighten the screw to turn it on, and it leaks constantly. The dryer was not heating, so I called for service. It took them two days to come out and look at it, and……

“Great stay comfortable and enjoyed the environment”

“Great location, nice corner condo.”

“Perfect stay in historic Savannah! We chose this property for the location, but were blown away by how beautiful and comfortable the actual apartment is. Photos don't do it justice! Gorgeous high ceilings and antique touches all over, with more than enough space for 4 of us, including one child. The location truly can't be beat- steps from Monterrey square and Forsyth park. Highly recommend overall!”

“Perfect spot for a dog-friendly family weekend in Savannah! Appreciated the very spacious two bedroom, two full bath apartment with two balconies. Proximity to Forsyth was a big plus and street parking was no problem and not expensive with ParkSavannah app. A/C and ceiling fans were a welcome respite in the summer heat and humidity. Kitchen very well equipped and enjoyed K-cup coffee each morning. Received info from both VRBO and Expedia as well as email and internal messaging app, so I had……

“loved the location and the available parking space. Kitchen was very well stocked with all the necessary items for cooking in. The beds are quite comfortable. The bathroom is stocked with nice shampoo, conditioner and soap. There is some street noise until 11 PM or so, then it is quiet. We did not hear the folks in the other units at all. The living room has a builtin bookcases filled with books. We had no issues with the stairs up to the apartment but would be aware that there is a long……

“It was a wonderful time. We had a great honeymoon. The location was perfect and the hosts were wonderful.”

“The host was wonderful and the home was beautiful and it had everything where some places would not have. We will definitely rent from this host again”

“Our introduction to Savannah was a pleasant one because of this place. We celebrated our son's 10th and this was the perfect location to do so. Whenever we come back to Savannah, we will absolutely be staying in a Southern Belle property.”

“Had a great one week stay. No issues at all. Lively space. Comfy bed. Would stay here again for sure! Really appreciated having parking”

“Enjoyable stay and was exactly as advertised!”
