"The staff is very helpful. Very nice beach and a lot of space to sit and relax. The food was good and nice variety. The rooms are clean and spacious. However, the resort itself is getting a bit outdated. I had issues with my room key lock couple of times. I also had to call maintenance to fix the safe box in the room twice."

"The resort itself was a well run resort. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I did feel the room coffee limit of four pods was a bit stingy for a 8 night stay. The food was very diverse and delicious. We would definitely stay there again. "

The staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful, the hotel was about the cleanest that I have seen in Egypt and the quality of the food was excellent, considering the buffet arrangements. The pushy sellers (juice and beauty clinic) aroumd the pool all the time! The very poor quality juices which wasn't other than sugar and colour. The "american coffee" was a disaster served in plastic cups. Cadeau to cleaning and laundry staff and Abdola at Snackbar and the woman who made bread and of course Animation staff. "
