"I would like to commend the front desk manager Carlos Romero for his calm demeanor and exceptional service . I would like to commend the housekeeping service for their clearly well upkeep of my room during my stay. I was disappointed the the room was not updated in the bathroom. There were stains, so I did not use it. I liked the fitness center but the hours are much too short and truncated. I was disappointed by the limited menu and food across the resort for food onsite. "

"Breakfast didn't seem to be restocked nearing end of time. No one there to ask for anything until at deadline and they would be clearing things out. The common areas were nice and seemed to be updated. Our room was outdated with broken drape and stained tub/shower making it appear unkept. Location was convenient and area/parking felt safe. Hot tub and pool seemed clean and safe with key card needed for access. "

"We had a two queen room which was clean and comfortable. The hotel was fold out, mostly by media for the Final Four, but was very quiet. We walked about 1/2 mile to the Arena for the games. There are several shops and restaurants nearby "
