"We really liked this property and as the weather was very hot the outside balcony as a welcome bonus. Also, we had a choice of using the lifts or stairs. The property is central to everywhere in Guardamar. The beach was within easy walking-distance, as were all the Restaurants, Shops, etc. The whole apartment was lovely and the 3 bedrooms were a very good size, with plenty of wardrobe space. "Spacious apartment which was very well equipped. We stayed with a couple of dogs for 2 months February and March. Sun on the balcony during the day was a lovely welcome to the day. Short walk to the beach."

"Firstly, we were told to pick the keys up from an external mailbox some 2km away from the property which isn't great when you been travelling all day and you have no form of transport. There was no curtain or blind at the window of one of the double bedrooms which looked out upon the lounge/dining area which gave the couple in that particular bedroom absolutely no privacy whatsoever.
