“The staff was hard to find, and very slow at restaurants. When our room was ready at 3 pm, I told the bell staff our room number, and Daniel said he could put our luggage in our room without us needing to be there. Two hours later, when we arrived in our room, it was not there. Took another 30 minutes to get and found out that they had come to our room, but since we were not there, they did not just put the bags in our room. Since we were dripping wet from spending the afternoon at the pool,……

“We stayed there 4 days to attend a destination wedding of some our friends. It was my first time at a Pueblo Bonito and at an all-inclusive resort. I was pleasantly surprised at how convenient having everything available was and how accommodating the staff were. The place is huge. It can be exhausting walking from one end of the facility to the other, but they do have carts driving around constantly. Picking people up.. the food was good and the 3 pools were clean. I appreciated 24 hour room……
