“Where to start? First let me say that Ambar are condos, not a resort so each unit is individually owned & most are managed by different property managers. Our unit was managed by GPS Hospedajes Vacacionales. I could not get access to the property, they told me to see the administator who was not there for the 1st 6 days of our week there. The security guard was also no help. Once we did get in, there were no face cloths, hand towels, bath towels, dish cloths or dish towels. There were no pillow……

“El complejo esta muy bien pero la unidad en la cual nos alojamos tenia varios detalles, no contaba con suficientes utencilios de cocina, solo habia un vaso de cristal, no tenia un comal ni sartenes, el piso estaba sucio , no tienia cobijas extras y por las experiencias que he tenido con otros lugares que me he hospedado si le falta varios detalles que deberian poner atencion. Es por eso que solo les pongo 3 estrellas”
