Come to find out is not the first time they do this they have done it to more of their customers and thats why they did not go back because they do this towards the end once its time to check out. The room was nice, and the balcony with a view of the pool was a huge plus. My kids absolutely loved it. The pool itself was warm, which made it even more enjoyable. The entire property was beautiful the flowers and patio area really stood out and created a relaxing atmosphere. The food was pretty good as well, which was a nice bonus. My only small criticism is that they didn’t offer pupusas, which is one of the staples in El Salvador. It would’ve been great to have that authentic option available. Overall, it didn’t take away from a wonderful experience."
