“The check-in process was flawless, our unit could have been a bit cleaner (the kitchen floor could have used a good sweeping under the kitchen table). All the "notes that were left around were nice and very helpful, I wish there would have been one that said you can only use the air conditioner in one room at a time though (it took some effort to figure that one out). Overall, our stay was great. I give it a 4 out of 5 stars and would stay here again. :)”

“We came to visit with family and see the sights. Had a great time visiting Manitou Springs, Denver Aquarium, Garden of the Gods, etc. This was our first VRBO. Austin was an excellent host. Answered all our questions promptly. The unit was very spacious and included a hot tub (used often) and a grill. We will look for this unit on our next visit”

“As the title suggest it has a great view and overall experience was good. Location: the area and building is much older bit close to some Mexican food and the Colorado Springs airport. Safety: Because the area is older may look run down but there is a security guard and people around the building are nice and elderly. Parking lot has lights on the first two rows but further back not so much. Potholes in some areas so be careful unless you have suv and you’ll be fine. Room: newly renovated...

“The place was clean and lovely. it would be nice to have a bit more coffee to make. I stayed 3 nights but only had enough to make coffee two mornings. The only other issue was the entry to the place. It was a bit precarious and I was grateful it was not wet. Leaving early in the morning, there was no lighting going up to the street. I would recommend this place. ”

“The host was super accommodating and responded to my emails quickly before I arrived. The apartment was adorable and extremely clean. “For the most part it was good. We liked the setup with our dog being able to take her out for bathroom duty. It was very clean and we felt welcomed. Liked having the big tv and the use of YouTube tv. The negative is the bathtub was not in good shape. The one bedside lamp had a flickering light we couldn’t get to work and light bulb was out in the bathroom. ”
