"Clean room, plenty of supplies were available (toilet paper, soap, coffee, etc) and it was a surprise to us that there was a lovely loft in the room. There’s a large window that showcases a building that was husband absolutely loved just staring at it. Location was perfect for us. And there are so many places to eat and get coffee in the surrounding areas. Thank you for the stay. "

"Close to Churchill Downs, expo, Cardinals bb Field, liquor store, grocery and restaurants. Zoo 10 minute drive. Street parking, back porch/yard. Great kitchen (but we didn't use it). We weren't there but to sleep. Neighborhood felt safe, the people we met when walking were very nice. We will return for another trip and hopefully stay here again."
