“The pool was very dirty way too much chlorine and dirt all on the floor the hotel was very musty and humid with the smell of dog the room itself was clean but the TV did not work half the night there were no towels in the pool area we called the front desk to tell them and they brought 3 towels with 4 of us in the pool”

“Clean property the shower was moldy around the bottom. You could not close the sink stopper and the water in the sink came out in a trickle making it hard to shave. Overpriced”

“Room wasn't even cleaned and ready by 3pm check in time. We then had to switch rooms in the evening since they only give their housekeepers TWENTY MINUTES to actually clean a room which isn't enough time at all to fully clean a room. Our first room's bathroom wasn't clean at all, there was mold on the tv remote and the TV wasn't working at all. There was still trash and stains and the floor was wet. We had the handicapped shower and the drain didn't work so the bathroom would completely flood……
