"First off, per the website, there was no fee for parking. When we arrived we found out there was a fee of $17 a day! Even though there was a huge parking lot. we booked a room with a balcony. We were put on a ground level room. Ok, not a big deal. the refrigerator in our room didn’t work and neither did the thermometer. Our room was in either a bunch of service rooms and the hall smelled like sewage. I went to see if we could get another room at the front desk When I finally found it, because the place was a maze and didn’t have good signage, I asked for a new room and explained that i booked a room with a balcony. After we got our new key everything was fine we will not be returning to this hotel."

"The beds were awful, they were so old that the center was a divet you fell into. The A/C only cooled to 70 degrees. The bathroom was beyond small. You have to step next to the toliet to shut the door. The restaurant, that was supposed to be open at 6am, was not opened on the days we were there. The parking was extremely expensive and needed you to download an app and then wanted your credit card info. Will not ever stay at this hotel again. There are many better choices in the same area."

"This property was not it. Our room (especially the bathroom and bathtub) were dirty and the drain in the shower never went down. The bathtub was peeling. The pool ceiling was moldy. The elevator was down one of the days. I was double charged upon arrival. I will not be returning."

"the style of the hotel with yard and restaurant in the innerside is very interesting very good shuttle service to the airport of Denver, very friendly driver even 05.00 am in the morning, unfortunatly no chance for any breakfast at this time. Helpful would be at least a sandwich. The parking fee is very high, it doesn't matter how long you park here."
