Brand New Townhouse in EVL

Enjoy 2000+ sq feet in this BRAND NEW townhouse with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. This home is in walking distance to the village restaurants, shops and entertainment. Also blocks away from the EVL town park with an Arboretum, playground, tennis/basketball courts, etc. Also, a very short walk to FREE EV Charging stations at the town center.

This open concept first floor includes a gas range to cook for the group, an oversized island, great for playing games or spreading out some apps and a coffee maker. Enjoy with the cozy gas fireplace, or head out the sliding glass door to the stamped concrete patio complete with a fire pit and gas grill. The first floor is finished off with a game room with a large tv to watch the games, complete with air hockey.

The second floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths with dual vanities, along with a full size washer and dryer. The spacious master bedroom includes a view of the Holimont ski slopes. There is driveway parking for multiple vehicles and you are just a 3 minute walk to basketball courts, a baseball diamond, a large playground, EV Charging station, as well as a pond if you like to fish!

**NOTE: This home is BRAND NEW and therefore the landscaping will not be completed while other construction continues in the area.

Fantastic stay - even with no snow!
We had an absolutely lovely visit at this property over New Year's. When our hopes of skiing were dashed because of the warm weather, we could not have found ourselves in a more perfect place to enjoy everything else that E'ville has to offer. We also thoroughly enjoyed just hanging out at the property. We're already looking forward to returning again for an actual ski trip.

Perfect house/stay
To be entirely candid, while I am inclined to say something bad about the property, I’d only be doing so to increase my chances of booking it next year! Upon entering the residence, you could immediately tell the house was brand new based on the smell and condition of the home. Every appliance was new, in functioning order, and as pictured. There was a propane grill that I didn’t see in the photos, which was a nice surprise. Also a campfire pit on the back patio with plenty of firewood. The bedrooms (four total) were spacious and as pictured. Could easily sleep 6 adults and 4 children. There was also a pullout couch on the first floor that we noticed but didn’t need. Location of the home was a mere two minute car ride from the downtown area. Check in/out was a breeze and the owner was very communicative. Look forward to hopefully renting again from Corey.
