“Met our expectations staying for wedding we attended in ellicotville. Very easy check in, good communication from the property & instructions. Very small space but worked for us. “The property is old but mostly clean. Unfortunately it was not as advertised. I specifically needed enough beds for four people. I reserved a room that advertised a king bed and queen futon. There was a king bed but no futon. There was a queen air mattress… They sold me the room with a “made to order full breakfast”. Apparently that’s only on the weekends. Unfortunately false advertising. I would have booked elsewhere had I known there was NOT 2 beds. And NOT a full breakfast.”
