very well worth the money, great amenities close to everything felt safe

The room had a foul smell to it but we figured that since we would only be there for sleeping, we could deal with it. The staff were okay just that we felt that unless you were a foreigner (caucasian) they would have treated us with respect and equality. The food was not as good as Viva Cabarete and the drinks were also watered down. Worst thing that happened that our 3rd day there I became sick with a stomach bug- was in bed all day with shivers and my whole body hurt. Then my husband got it in the evening. One thing that could improve is the place settings in the dining area should be replaced immediately so that guests don’t have to look around and ask staff for utensils and napkins or even a glass of wine. We have been booking resort rooms for over 25 years and I see that the service has not been the same.

The staff were very friendly and respectful. I have to say that the rooms need an update specially the bathrooms. The food was also really good. All activities were fun and the beach was incredible.
