We love the location! Beautiful area on Lake Superior. They need to do some updating & repairs though.

Great property and location. However, we were grossed out by the cleanliness - the sheet on the bed and pull apart sofa had stains, and the pull apart bed had crumbs all over it. They appreciated my communication but no intervention to make it right, which was disappointing. I probably won't be returning.

The room was great . My kids loved the pull out couch that turned into a bed. My room even had dishes and cleaning supplies. Nice little amenities we didnt expect. The house keepers were very friendly, Same with management. Rooms close to ours were smoking pot. So the hallways randomly smelled like cleaner mixed with pot. Pool and hot tub were fun , plenty of towels. Dog friendly . My kids loved it. Located in canal park so plenty of shopping and restaurants to eat at. My only real issue with this place was the parking. For a place that is soo gungho about towing people who aren't supposed to be there (lot is for guests of hotel only) our car was broken in to, we lost cologne, watch and phone cords nothing major but still . There is a bunch of homeless in the area. Itd sure be nice if they had a patrol for the lot or cameras facing the lot. Or something. Kinda disappointing. Overall good stay canal park is just changing I guess.
