“Hosts were very friendly and attentive, providing a great welcome and suggestions for dinner in the evening, as well as a recommendation of an activity to do the next day after we checked out. Bathroom was private for our room, though not connected to the room itself. The bathroom was very nice. Our room also had a sink in the bedroom itself. Bed was a bit soft - the mattress was not the most comfortable, but overall, no issue. We very much enjoyed our stay, and if we stay in the area again……

“We absolutely loved our stay at The Crossing B&B. After a nightmare experience at another nearby property that we left early, arriving here felt instantly warm, welcoming, and genuinely comforting — even without a traditional reception or on-site staff. “地點很好，在火車站對面的路走一段就到，飯店另一側面對河。當天訂面河景觀房間，但check in說沒有，飯店人員說不知道為何我們訂得到，有升等到二樓房，但沒感覺很好，房間有點味道，清潔度不好，浴室不通風，有味道，房間空間很小～早餐內容很簡單，6：30-9：30是用餐時間，不到9：30蛋就沒了，也不會補，水果感覺不新鮮、但房間內有冊子說是6：30-10：00。不像4星飯店～櫃檯人員白天的服務態度佳，晚上check in的那位普通～非不得已不會想再來住”

“Easy to find and well sign posted. The property was clean and tidy with a nice little welcome pack. The view was stunning, even with misty starts and the little play area was easily supervised from the pods. “This is certainly a hidden gem located in Inverness. Upon arrival it was noticeable how clean the property looked. We were welcomed by a lovely young girl who checked us in and explained everything about our stay. The hallway up to our room was beautifully decorated and very modern looking. Our room was lovely, very spacious and it was spotless. The added bonus was the basket of goodies left in the room for us, my husband was very grateful indeed. We had continental breakfast as part of our stay……
