Luckily they prepped a room for us though we had to wait 2 hours for them to get it ready considering they had no idea guests would be coming. What's up Expedia, why did you take the reservation in the first place? They said they contacted you to remove reservations"

When turning on the shower, there was no hot water. We told front desk, they said to give them 10 minutes....well a few hours later, nothing.
