"The hotel itself is in a very good area. It's walking distance to the Zocalo and many restaurants, Starbucks, and stores. The Palacio de Bellas Artes is literally across the street. You can see several city highlights within a mile or two of the hotel. The rooms are narrow but very modern and comfy. We were a family of four and it was great. The mini fridge in the room is refilled by staff with water, snacks, soft drinks and beer courtesy of the hotel. All hotel staff was very helpful and attentive. The only downside, which was out of the hotel's control, was the "tent city" of teachers who happen to be protesting during our trip. They were camped out along the front of the hotel and businesses. However, this was only a short lived eye sore as it didn't impact our trip at all. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Mexico City."

"This hotel was really good bang for your buck. I would warn that, whoever decides to stay there needs to realize it's in an industrial area so there are no major restaurants or stores nearby. In addition, the shuttle to the airport has a maximum of 8 people. So, you could be late if you don't "make the cut" with others also waiting for the shuttle in the lobby. That almost happened to me this morning. The restaurant in the hotel is great, however, it's super pricy for Mexico standards, so, be prepared to pay extra if are hungry and need to eat. There is an OXXO nearby. The hotel is ultra modern and the rooms are very comfortable. It was definitely worth the price."
