Bring your boat and experience Big Cypress, the Everglades and 10,000 islands in luxury!

We have parking for 6+ cars and a carport for your boat or kayak trailer. You can also have access to a dock with a lift upon request.

All beds have extremely comfortable mattresses and smooth bamboo sheets that let you sleep like you are at home.

Bring the whole family for tons of fun in the sun. Relax with open living space inside or lounge by the pool. Guaranteed not to disappoint!

This home is designed to give full relaxation each day. Sportsmen and nature enthusiast can take full advantage of the property and surroundings. Whether you want to sit on one of the decks and watch the wildlife or relax by the pool, you will feel right at home.

The kitchen is fully stocked so you can cook your days catch or make your favorite dessert while on vacation.

The property is laid out with ample sleeping space.
There are 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor and a master suite on the 2nd floor.
Downstairs bedroom 1 has two bunk beds sleeping 4.
The second and third downstairs bedroom have queen beds.
The upstairs suite has two queen beds.

To experience the Island, it's best to have a vehicle. There are also scooter rentals within walking distance which make for a fun afternoon. The entire city is walkable and we always suggest taking an airboat ride, swamp buggy ride or going for a guided fishing or kayaking trip while you are in town.

July 4th family weekend

Everglades thanksgiving

The house was terrific; the neighborhood when you get to know it was very welcoming and convenient. The natives were all very cordial and pleasant. Would recommend without reservation.

Boating. Sunbathing. Swim Under The Stars.

For my mother's 75th birthday, she asked to celebrate in nature and you can't get any closer to nature than Everglades City. I was attracted to this property because of the number of bedrooms - plenty of space for four adults - and the suite upstairs was perfect for my husband and I with the separate bedrooms with a shared bath were perfect for my mom and uncle. The size of the kitchen with the island breakfast table was an evening social gathering space for conversation and celebrating. The theatre seating with the large movie screen is super comfy and provides excellent entertainment variety which is great for stormy Florida afternoons. Add in the perk of a swimming pool, great for a swim after a morning on the water, exploring the Ten Thousand Islands. Lastly ... the convenience of the docks was THE BOMB! As for the host, Duane ... when I had questions, I was able to text and get a response within minutes. This made for a stress-free weekend.

Christmas Gift

Very quiet and relaxing. Nice to have pool as a beach would be a drive. Excellent fishing area. We enjoyed airboat , mud buggies, fishing charter and other tours. Resturants in the area laid back with good food. Highly recommend the home and area for vacation.

Family trip to the Everglades!

This house sleeps 12. And there were exactly 12 of us plus a four month old. We had plenty of room! The house was clean and very comfortable, perfect for a family. I would definitely rent this house again. Duane was an excellent landlord. he was available via text message and email and replied immediately whenever I contacted him.

Lots of space, great accommodations, POOL

This is our second time staying with Duane at the Everglades home. We love it here. Our family has been fishing in EGC for more than 60 years and it is always a tradition for us. This home fits our family of 7 with room to spare. Having the pool after a long day of fishing was relaxing and cooling especially for the kiddos. Be prepared to scoop crabs out of the pool! (It became a fun morning activity with the kids) Great kitchen, comfy beds, big couch, really amazing place. There is a dock area on the Baron River which is great. It's within walking distance to the home (used it only when tide was too high to get under bridge to marina but still pretty amazing amenity). We will be back. Thank you Goff Family for such a wonderful stay.

Pool house

Overall this property is great. Clean, organized, spacious and great to have a pool. My only complaint would be that i feel like the property needs a gas grill for convenience. There is a charcoal grill but we arrived late our first night and were planning on throwing a few burgers on grill but there was no charcoal for the grill. We made it happen old school on a pan which was fine but just a bit more of a messy cleanup.

Fun in the Florida Sun

To be able to visit an ecosystem like the Everglades is truly one of a kind. There is not another place like it on this planet. And to be able to stay in a house that accommodates a large group of people is icing on the cake. This is an annual thing we do and is now 2 times a year for us. The villa is very affordable. It has plenty of beds for the guests. Big hot tub on the 2nd story. Clean atmosphere and a pool too. So after you have been sight seeing you can cool off in the pool and unwind. Duane is hands on with you throughout the stay. He lets you know that if there is anything he can help you with he Is only an email or phone call away. His love and care for the tenant goes above and beyond. Book a stay with Mr. Goff and you will not be disappointed at all

Great house!

We loved the house, had plenty of room for 3 families. The kitchen was well stocked, lots of nice towels and all the beds were VERY comfortable. We had an unforeseen water issue and the owner handled it immediately. He could not have been more responsive. Overall a wonderful experience, we will rent again!!
