“I made my reservation and paid in advance for my stay MONTHS before my arrival date. Two days before my arrival they cancelled my reservation. I called and talked with the manager who said she would look into it and call me back. I must have sent 3 messages following up and not one was responded to. Left a message saying that since I did not hear from them I would be there on my planned arrival. I was literally traveling all over Canada and the US and my plans were not easy to adjust at that……

“The staff was great which made it bearable. The property is very worn and because of that it feels more dirt it than it probably was. While it was very inexpensive and the staff was great we probably will not stay there again.”

“The air conditioning is very old and towards a dreadful engine noise, we did not sleep well.”

“Check-in was easy to do online prior to arrival. When we got to the desk to get our keys, we were told a $100 charge would be placed on our card for incidentals, but would be refunded if there were no issues. I would have liked to have known that ahead of time and would have expected to just have had our "card on file" and not receive a charge to then have it credited it back. Room was ok. The toilet was loose from the floor and rocked when you sat on it. It was reported to the front desk and……

“Room was just okay, it was worn in areas and cleanliness was not great.”
