“The staff were nice and the hotel itself was clean. There were bums around at the front of the hotel. There's nothing that the business can do about that. The city needs to deal with that problem. Premier inn was pretty nice. They had a nice dining area. The staff was a little slow on the dining and the kitchen was a little slow but the food was decent. Better than average. The hotel room was very very small even though it should have been one of the bigger rooms they had available. It's……

“Absolutely awful. No housekeeping despite our requests during our entire stay. We could not even get a hold of staff as no one was at the reception or restaurant. We had to phone the hotel via the general number online and ask to be put through to the hotel chain. Extremely poor cleanliness, there were stains all over the bedsheets, chairs and a strong odour of urine in the room, carpets and bathroom. Filthy toilet, grubby bedroom and all surfaces were full of stains and spillages. The towels……

“Fantastic room looking over the canal. Staff at the desk and in the restaurant both at breakfast and in the evening were friendly, helpful & kind. We liked the location because we wanted to see all things Ozzy & Black Sabbath and it was walki g distance to all 8 sites. ”
