Great location next to a shopping mall. Very nice and great location for a hotel. Staff very helpful and courteous.

The hotel was clean the staff was nice looked very new

An amazing place to stsy Convenient to high way and restaurants Would stsy again.

Located near town center. Plenty of eating options close and shopping. Very quiet.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Pet friendly. Close to the freeway. Saw a Rug Doctor and liked that they had it for the pet friendly rooms. Huge walk in showers. Nice bedding. Comfortable lounger couch with a pull out bed. And great price! Only downside was the indoor pool is not heated and there isn’t a hot tub. Otherwise this place would be perfect!

The property is very clean, staff very friendly, price is reasonable and very close to the Epicenter.

I love this place ! My son and his family moved to Sugar land 5 years ago. I come to visit once a year and always stay her . The staff is wonderful.

Hotel bed is very comfortable, flat top stove, full size refrigerator, sink etc. My room was more like a suite for a good price. Gas station, Taco Bell, McDonald's, Jack in the Box, literally 2 minutes walking distance . Wal-Mart at least 20 minute drive. A lot of construction in the area.. I will continue to stay at this hotel upon future visits to Houston. I paid $124.00 for two nights Sunday-Tuesday.

All was great

by far the cleanest Motel 6 I have ever stayed in. The staff was friendly and accommodating, grounds are well kept and the room was very clean. No holes in the wall, no holes or stains in the bath tub or sink. HUGE PLUS!

Great hotel. Clean and beds were super comfy

Always a pleasure staying here

clean and great location, Super nice staff very pleasant to be around.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the hotel in the area was very clean, and the location was perfect for our needs. The hotel smells nice. The area is very safe.

Wonderful staff. Very helpful and hospitality was excellent!

Nice hotel. Clean. Good staff.

It's not the fault of the Hotel, but rather the TxDot planning people, but the exit off of 59 is a little screwy. If you want to stay out of the rat race in Houston, this is a good choice. Several chain restaurants in the area. This is a good spot to go to the Katy Mills Outlet Mall the back way. All in all, a good place to stay.
