“it is a very special living experience which is like a co-working place and meanwhile front counter's service is friendly, hotel staying is cozy.”

“Great Value for the price, location and room size.”

“The first room that I was given, smelt terribly of cigarette smoke when I entered. I opened the balcony door to get some fresh air into the room. I very quickly closed the door again, as there was a pile of cigarettes butts in the middle of the balcony. I went down to the reception area to inform them of the situation. They very quickly & most apologetically gave me a much better room.”

“It’s a new hotel and rooms were clean. Convenient location within Melbourne shopping precinct. Stayed on 7th floor corner room therefore some street noise could be heard. Only issue is where the TV was placed in an odd location in the middle at the end of the bed which was a safety hazard as you can hit your head against it. Tram stop is just right in front at Elizabeth street.”

“excellent location, service is great. However the fans are really loud and beds are too soft. ”

“Overall is good and clean I”

“The room itself is small but tidy and clean. However, we are allocated in front of the access door to the stairs, and we could hear the noise of closing the door very loudly and sudden on and off especially during later at night. Therefore, I may suggest to avoid staying in a room close to the stair access for a better sleep at night. Other than that, it’s all good, and the Bluetooth speaker is nice and convenient to use in the room.”

“Location is really good and accessible to train and tram station. The room is not as tidy or clean as I have expected from the photos. Overall still ok to recommend for staying.”
