“Lovely house and very well-equipped! It’s right on the water and has an amazing view. It is also right on a road, which wasn’t too busy on weekdays, so there is some car noise when you’re sitting on the porch but it wasn’t bad and is covered by the sound of the wind and waves in the afternoon. Very easy check in and out process and Suzanne was easy to communicate with. Great AC which was helpful as it was quite hot when we were there. ”

“Location worked out great for us, we were able to visit, Fall River, drive up the cape, visit Boston, Plymouth,Salem, Gloucester MA (Hammond Castle), and even Kennebunkport ME all in a week! House is clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable, only suggestion is maybe new covers on the furniture in the living room and a Keurig but other than that our stay way fantastic. Loved swifts beach and that we could walk there! Thanks for a great week!!”

“Classic Martha’s Vineyard beach bungalow with some extra comforts. This place was perfect for my partner and I who appreciate simplicity and classic style. The house was cozy and well equipped with everything we needed to cook for ourselves and relax. The house is a very short walk from ink well beach and from all the various downtown offerings of oak bluffs. It’s also very close to the historic cottage village and we loved taking evening strolls around the area. I recommend the house to couples...

“My teenage daughter and i stayed for a week- the property was perfect for us. She loved the bed up in the loft. the house had all the amenities we needed- some we hadn't thought of- an umbrella for the beach for example. The bed and futon couch were both comfortable, the linens were comfy and clean- the location of the cottage is perfect- tony's market down the street, inkwell beach within walking distance, as is downtown oak bluffs. And the washer and dryer allow for light packing!”
