"This place has amazing customer service and will go above and beyond to accommodate you. We were staying here and my wife had some unexpected work emergencies meetings the day we were suppose to check out. The staff allowed us to stay the entire day, gave us new key cards and allowed my wife to do the meetings while the kids swam in the pool. Lifesavers."

"Great location, we only drove our car once to go to the zoo. Everything else is walking distance. Loved the breakfast in the morning and the s'more's in the evening. The gym is open 24 hours. I also got a text from a real person that I could communicate about any needs or questions I had. I didn’t like that the trash in the room was not picked up daily unless I asked. The towels were not replaced unless I asked. Housekeeping came by once in the 5 days."

"This was a perfect stay for our family. The room with the twin bunks and the king bed was wonderful and the location of the resort couldn’t have been better. It felt very private and secluded being by the state park, not overly crowded at all, and the beach was just steps away. We chose to venture out for dinner, so I can’t speak to the restaurants, but the Dragonfly was great for lunch and drinks. The pools were fun for a break from the beach and our kids (4 & 7) had the very best time. We will be back!"

"The hotel and staff were fantastic! We had to book last minute and they were very accommodating. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. The only downside was the elevator was out for the entirety of our 6-night stay."
