Looked like it was from a small animal maybe? It was a horrible experience. We left right away. I booked through Expedia and a representative told me we would get a refund since we didn’t stay in the room but then the hotel wouldn’t approve the refund after the holiday weekend. Absolutely deplorable.”

“I booked my room with breakfast included. I did not receive my breakfast coupons upon arrival. The next morning, when we went to go have breakfast, we were notified that we needed to have coupons. My mother went to the front desk to request the coupons, but it wasn't on our hotel reservation (in the system) that we had purchased breakfast with our room.
