The Adults only side was nice but still had access to both sides. The bed was uncomfortable to me too hard. Did let guest services know and nothing was done. Snacks for room not available such as chips, candy or fruits

Earl was the highlight of our stay! The trip started off a bit frustrating but Earl was determined to change my experience. He was extremely empathetic, he was kind! He was so professional & accommodating. He ensured we were taken care of and checked in on us often. We had the most amazing time with our butler Andres who was also amazing and such a fun time! If you’re staying in this resort I highly recommend upgrading to Privilege it’s worth the money!
