“The hallways at night smelled like weed so strongly. In the mornings, it seemed to be fine. Breakfast was mediocre, your typical waffles and cereal fare. Hotel staff was rude when there were issues with the waffle batter dispenser. The room we stayed in had the wrong emergency exit sign, there was no microwave. In my friend's room, she had no coffee pot, but had an extra sitting chair and lamp. Room 133 bathroom door gets so stuck even a grown man had a hard time opening it. There were dirty……

“The room was nice except for there isn't a soaking tub in the picture like shown for the 2 queen beds. The beds are old and broken down. That was one of the reasons I booked a room here. There is a reason they only have a partial picture of the pool thats because its maybe 3 feet longer of what is shown in the picture. The breakfast that's a joke. Its served at 6am. We made it down there before 6:10am and there was nothing to eat except for a burnt piece of sausage. They had cereal but no milk……

“The manager was rude, looked very unprofessional and not clean. The room smelled really bad and when I complained on check in they claimed they didn’t have another one available. The room was very dirty, the sheets were nasty and had stuff all over them. They wouldn’t give me new ones, the bathroom fan was broken and the fixture was hanging off, the heater/ac was taped on but would fall off and had a nasty smell when running. “Breakfast is poor compared to other hotels I have stayed at. The choices are few and the attention to the needs of the guests is minimal. For example, there are two kinds of cereal offered but no milk is available. This was noticed for the three mornings I was a guest. Additionally, one morning was cold outside and all the front doors were blocked open for the entire time guest were eating. If they are going to make the guest eat in the cold, the least they should do is issue warm coats……

“We had an amazing time however the pool and hot tub are so full of chlorine it was intolerable and our eyes burned so bad. I only lasted about 15 mins before eyes were bloodshot and hard to keep open. Kids lasted a little longer but not much.”
