“Could not locate our reservation treated us like it was our fault. Had a 3 night reservation and after 1st night put our stuff in trash bags and was very rude again. Never apologized for the inconvenience.”

“The breakfast was a big disappointment…the hot tub and pool area was okay until we discovered ants around the hot tub. The room was also okay but our tub had the stopper removed/broken, and misleading—over all just did not feel it was as nice, clean and accommodating as perceived when booking which was upsetting since I booked 2 weekends in a row for baseball tournaments but will now think we will be looking for a different option”

“The room was nice except for there isn't a soaking tub in the picture like shown for the 2 queen beds. The beds are old and broken down. That was one of the reasons I booked a room here. There is a reason they only have a partial picture of the pool thats because its maybe 3 feet longer of what is shown in the picture. The breakfast that's a joke. Its served at 6am. We made it down there before 6:10am and there was nothing to eat except for a burnt piece of sausage. They had cereal but no milk……

“The motel is fine, great, clean, accessible, and affordable; the only issue is being next to a busy HW/road which makes lots of noise early morning like from 4am onwards, so sleep early to get some sleep, otherwise if you go out and party and come here to crash and get sleep, good luck!”

“The hallways at night smelled like weed so strongly. In the mornings, it seemed to be fine. Breakfast was mediocre, your typical waffles and cereal fare. Hotel staff was rude when there were issues with the waffle batter dispenser. The room we stayed in had the wrong emergency exit sign, there was no microwave. In my friend's room, she had no coffee pot, but had an extra sitting chair and lamp. Room 133 bathroom door gets so stuck even a grown man had a hard time opening it. There were dirty……

“The manager was rude, looked very unprofessional and not clean. The room smelled really bad and when I complained on check in they claimed they didn’t have another one available. The room was very dirty, the sheets were nasty and had stuff all over them. They wouldn’t give me new ones, the bathroom fan was broken and the fixture was hanging off, the heater/ac was taped on but would fall off and had a nasty smell when running. The stove top made a funny smell while using and would make you……
