Go into the room and it was ok at first and then noticed the curtains were nasty, toliet seat was broken and when i called the front desk to ask for a new one they said no. Walls were gross the microwave couldnt plug in anywhere it wouldnt reach. Carpet was dirty like it wasnt vacuumed. The bathroom floor tiles were broken we had to leave our shoes on. The bathroom mirror was dirty the sink was nasty. I wouldnt even shower in there. 1am some drunk guy kept banging on the door and when i call front desk nothing was done. I checked out a day early i was disgusted when i requested a refund they denied it and keep denying that there was no conplaint made and nothing was wrong with the room despite the pictures i have provided. I also left a review on google.. This place needs to be shut down. I wouldnt even allow someone i hate to stay there. And when i called to talk to a manager the day i checked out and yes i said some not so nice words out of frustration and out of disgust she hung up on me instead of listening and trying to cone to a compromise. I will be calling until i speak to either someone above her or the owner.
