"Stayed for 2 nights as we were in town for a swim meet, property is brand new, extremely clean and lobby and all common areas smelled amazing. Very well maintained, pool area and fitness center were fantastic. Breakfast was good with typical standard items you'd expect like eggs, potatoes, cereal, bagels etc. Located centrally to shopping areas, this property is across the Great Lakes Crossing Outlets with several activities for kids and adults alike. Highly recommend this hotel for families with young children. "

"There was a main water leak in the city which caused a lot of issues. We had to run and get cases of water to flush the toilet. We didn’t take a shower for 2 days. It was easier to stay than to fight the thousands of people trying to find other accommodations. Not their fault but still a problem. "

"Check in was good, 11:00pm somebody set off and alarm in the hallway. 3 am two men were in the hallway talking loudly and proceeded to keep talking in the hallway until 4 am. Talk to the front desk and they said they didn't see anyone on the camera's which tells me he wasn't looking. Othe than that room was good "
