“The cottage was very clean, location was good and communication with the host was great. Property could use some updating and is right on the one busy highway in Door County, but traffic noise could not be heard once inside.”

“Great place”

“Beautiful architectural home blending modern with nature. The amenities are top notch, Miele appliances, DeLonghi coffee maker and delicious coffee, nice cutlery, pots and pans, crate and barrel dinnerware. Felt like home! The wooded setting was so relaxing and peaceful. Easy to get to all the top spots in Door County.”

“Property- lovely, clean, ample room for a group. Disappointed with a few aspects of our stay. First night - could not get in. Host tried to remotely fix the issue; ultimately we had to wait outside for 20 min for them to come access a garage to let us in. We learned it had been a problem with the previous guest & that they had gotten in through an open window. We were advised to leave the house unlocked if we went out because they would be with their grandchildren the next day & unavailable....

“We all know how undomfortable beds are in most hotels. Usually, there are two troughs already worn into the matress and we just accept the fact that we won't get a good rest while we are away. NOT here! The beds were amazing and each morning we woke refreshed and ready to take on our next adventure. Thank you, Parkwood Lodge; this was our first visit, but not our last!”

“Están en construcción la calles para llegar al hotel, y eso no lo especifica Nos tomó más tiempo llegar al hotel por esa pequeña falta de información ”

“This beautiful little resort was impeccably taken care of on all levels. I kept wondering who the innkeepers were that are lucky enough to have this amazing piece of land. They are more than worthy of it!!! Like something you'd see in a Hallmark movie! We had room #200 which was the big premiere room above the office and had the best view of the lake. It also had an amazing 2-person shower with (no joke) 11 different shower heads. I can honestly say, two nights was not long enough for our trip...

“I was injured at the hotel during our stay. I could tell the employee felt terrible and they did give me a sweatshirt I just felt they should reached me and offered more considering how injured I was.”

“Great views and lovely resort!”
