"Having this location as an option in the remote area is great for us. This is the second time we've stayed here. The rental description is accurate and the property is well maintained. For our needs it's convenient and refreshing. The property is older and some of it can feel a little dated, but that's how it's advertised and we have no expectations of a luxury rental. "We had a terrific long weekend stay in this well-appointed new-construction cottage. We stayed upstairs in the large gathering area with two comfortable bunk beds. "We loved the property. It was quiet and clean. The furnishings and decor were reminiscent of Grandma’s home. The beds are all King size and comfortable. There is a large screen television and very comfortable sectional on which to enjoy a family movie night. We were able to walk to the grocery story and breakfast place. We were there to visit Capitol Reef. This property is about 25 miles from the park but it is a scenic drive. We can’t wait to visit again."

"The only thing on description missing was hot tub or sauna. This, however, did not hurt our stay. They thought of everything. Games for all ages. A large selection of spices, teas, some coffee and snacks. Sundries for bathroom. Plenty of usb ports for electronics. We hope to stayhere again in the future."
