Larger hotels coming into the area prompted the property to convert to a small boutique hotel in 2000’s until we purchased the property in 2019 to begin a wonderful adventure. After a years long renovation we had completed our vision of the property as a mix of much needed long term rentals for seasonal workers and our short term nightly suites. I believe people live in some of these apts. and their belongings are scattered about. Despite attempting to contact someone the day before our stay on check in instructions, no one replied.
