“I called to say I’ll be late in middle of the night and the person working in and from desk. very very rude. He looks like angry frustrated.I ask question he don’t wanna answer. Don’t even tell me where is my room located but in the morning the person working in the front, the very nice person very different treatment with a person working in the midnight shift , the person in the morning he is very polite, very professional answer my questions and help me”

“DON'T STAY HERE. Terrible mold in the bathroom shower. Stains on the sheets. BEDBUGS!!! I came home with bites. Soap dish was dirty. Floor was dirty. No water cups or wipes to wipe down the equipment in the fitness center. The only reason I stayed was because I couldn't afford to pay for another room at another hotel. I wanted to cry.”
