"Although the facilities and opportunities were average for this price range, we were disappointed in the staff’s lack of accommodation for their customers. We had booked a second night separately at the same hotel (at a higher price), but they wouldn’t let us keep the same room, even though it was vacant for the next night and it was the cheaper of the two rooms. We had to cancel our reservation with Expedia, then pay directly to the hotel at an even higher price in order to keep the same room. Most hotels would go out of their way to make something like this easier for their guests. "
