"I had a disappointing stay at the Aiden by Best Western in Flagstaff. The front desk staff handled basic check-in, but overall the experience fell short. I stayed in room 216 on the second floor. While the bed sheets appeared clean, the rest of the room was not properly maintained. The floor had not been vacuumed, I found hair and even fingernail pieces on it. The tile flooring also had visible stains. Since I was traveling with a toddler, I ended up having to clean the floor myself, which is not something any guest should have to do. Overall, cleanliness needs significant improvement."

"The outdoor was very pretty, the room was very clean. But the WiFi was broken for the whole night, and didn’t even come back when I checked out. The signal there was not good, I couldn’t even watch videos. The staff only said “I’m sorry our WiFi is crushed” when I checked in and never updated any progress after that. No compensation. No update. Very disappointed about that. "

"This hotel serves it's purpose. It is a place to sleep and is clean. Nothing fancy but cant beat the price if you are just wanting to rest your head"
