Featuring 2 primary suites and 2 additional bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a wonderful gas fireplace to keep you warm! Enjoy smart TVs, books, games and puzzles as well as a drum set. Don’t miss the beautifully landscaped back yard with 2 seating areas shaded by plum, peach and apple trees, a hot tub and kids playhouse with slide. Trails at the base of Mount Elden are within walking distance to this great home. There’s plenty of room for everyone to come enjoy our wonderful home in this mountain town.

Location is just minutes to the charming historic downtown area as seen in many movies, a large park with playgrounds, tennis courts, a skate park, picnic areas and plenty of space for gatherings. Flagstaff is a prime location for some amazing adventures and close to Arizona Snowbowl, the Grand Canyon, Bearizona, Flag Extreme and thousands of miles of hiking, biking, dirt bike and OHV areas.
